John recently replaced my failing brick front steps with a beautiful set of granite steps. John was very quick to respond to my inquiry and get me a detailed quote. He provided a thorough and succinct explanation of the scope of the work and what it would entail, and worked with me to make sure I understood what the final product would look like. He also detailed each step of the process and what potential issues may arise particularly during the demolition of the existing steps (you just never know what you’ll find when you start taking old stuff apart), and what the expected resolution (plus associated cost) would be. John and his crew got the job done very quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They also did a great job protecting my existing lawn and walkway while working, as well as cleaning up/restoring the site after the work was completed. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result!
